Firstly when i got the news i thought it was for normal browsing, so i decided to test it so i can be fully be sure before sharing here.

I finally found out the subscription is actually for Social Apps such as Whatsapp,BBM,Facebook and Twitter, i also tested it with imo and it was working,but it's not working with Instagram so you should know what you are actually subscribing for.
