‘Arrow’ Season 5 ‘The Flash’ Season 3 Crossover Will Be a Musical?

Arrow” just wrapped up its fourth season last month. Season 5 would not premiere until near the end of the year. But will we see Stephen Amell reprise his titular role sooner than expected? Is an “Arrow” the musical really in the works? More importantly, will this musical episode be a crossover?

It must be noted that actor Grant Gustin made his debut as the Flash on “Arrow.” He has since gotten his own DC TV spin-off on The CW. But is he really set to return to the series that first introduced his character? Will he join Oliver Queen in the rumored musical?

Musical episodes are not new to CW. The network has been known to make their actors sing in at least one episode of their shows. Movie Pilot would not be surprised if Gustin is up for one such episode. The film blog did find clips of the actor singing on stage. However, as MTV News pointed out, there might be a slight problem. Oliver Queen himself is not willing to sing for the camera. “No. No. I’m out! I’m the first one. I get to draw the line,” Amell said. “And I draw the line at musical.”

However, fans need not give up hope, though. Oliver Queen and Barry Allen might still come together for a musical crossover. According to Movie Pilot, Amell might consider doing it if it’s for a good cause. But the actor wants to do it live on stage instead. “I’ll agree to a venue in Las Vegas, New York, or heck, even Philadelphia to do a live show. A musical version of Flash and Arrow — but no musical episode!” he was quoted as saying. “We will get John (Barrowman) and Grant (Gustin). But I am literally the worst singer out of everybody.”
